Our Disinfection gate ensures the virus is killed before the person enters the “Clean Uncontaminated” areas. The Disinfection gate is another tool to help fight the pandemic.
What is it used for?
Disinfection Gates represent a safe protection and entry for everyone, especially for those who work in close contact with groups and are therefore at higher risk. It can be installed at the entrance of public offices, pharmacies, supermarkets, airports, hospitals, ports, stations. It is suitable for all private companies who need to sanitize the workforce, goods, vehicles and materials.

Our Disinfection Gate is designed to prevent and limit the spread of infectious diseases, including the COVID-19 virus. The chamber is a solid unit and very lightweight so can be placed in almost any location. Our Disinfection gates are safe and can be assembled in under 20 minutes by 1 person.
The booths should be used with a SAFE disinfectant suitable for use on the Skin. The most common is HOCl (Hypochlorous Acid). The units do NOT use alcohol spray.
The main unit has a hand sanitizer on entry, and 10 highly effective fog mist nozzles which spray the disinfectant liquid over the entire body to kill bacteria and viruses. The unit automatically activates the disinfection spraying process once a person enters and completes the spray cycle in approx. 6 seconds. The high capacity 20L tank can spray up to 2200 people in a single use.
The booths are made from Fiberglass and all controls are contained within the waterproof cupboard on the unit. The electrical system is 24vdc and there are no dangerous parts which a person could touch.
The booths are designed for ALL COUNTRIES and have a 100v – 220v input adapter. The working voltage is 24v DC.
All parts are common electrical parts which can be found in local area. The control box consists of a basic Omron Relay and Timer and standard 24V Transformer. We also provide spare parts if you cannot get locally.
We have 2 Optional Temperature Sensor which can be fitted to the entrance of the Booths. The choice is either an IR Temperature Sensor or a Face Recognition Sensor.
The spray booth is classed as a DISPENSER and not a medical device or similar. This means the booth is not required to have any FDA certification. Any LIQUID used should have FDA approval.
